Ross Fry is a minor character in Doom 3. He was a maintenance worker assigned to Mars City Underground.

When the player meets Fry in Doom 3, he is seen supervising and arguing with a fellow worker, Scotty, who is replacing power couplings in a maintenance shaft. If the player tries to talk to him, he will snap at them to leave him alone as he's too preoccupied on the job he is doing. If the player persists on speaking to him, he will give the player either the favor to crawl into the vent or leave him be.

During the demonic invasion, both Ross and Scotty are killed by an Imp. When the player passes through the area where he was last seen, Ross' remains can be found at the same spot he stood earlier, and Scotty's dying screams can be heard.
