E. Grafton is a minor character in Doom 3. He was a Marine stationed at Mars City, assigned to patrol the area around Marine Command, armed with a Machine Gun.

When the player meets E. Grafton, he warmly welcomes the player to his job with a slight chuckle, but then tells him he has to do his job.

After the first invasion when the player approaches the console that is requesting an uplink, Grafton can be found on the stairs dead. A spot of blood on his upper body implies that he met his unfortunate fate from a gunshot. He was either killed by a Z-Sec or was turned into a Zombie and was shot.
